1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because:
It is necessary to construct a garage on the premises~ and the location
proposed is the most satifactory arraingment for the owners purposes.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
v~cinity of this'prc~pert¥ and [n this use district because : This is the only dwe!li:ag on
the west side of the cana!~ andth,~ first built on this right of way.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE

a This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or ~n ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, re[ationshio to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this location.
c. The work covered by this applfcation may not be commenced before issuance of Bui!ding Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector wil issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the ~5remises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
