RESOLUTIONS/DELIBERATIONS/DECISIONS: A. Possible Resolution to calendar the meeting date for the following possible hearings: ZOUMAS CONTRACTING #5345 - Lot Waiver. Southold. A Resolution of 9/25 was adopted to reopen the hearing for new information not already submitted. (Aisc, a Notice of Pendency Action was filed in Sept. by the attorney for the adjacent landowner.) DEBRA VICTOROFF #5334. Resolution to recalendar for Januarv 22nd. Setback variances at Dogwood Lane, Southold.
