Amended Request for Variances under Sections 100-142, 100-143A, and 100-143C, based on the Building Department's February 19, 2002 Notice of Disapproval, amended June 19, 2003. Applicant proposes two new buildings in this LI Industrial Zone District with: (a) side yard setbacks at less than 20 feet, (b) rear yard setbacks at less than 70 feet, (c) building linear frontages greater than 60 feet along two average of 90 feet from the front lot line, and (d) a portion of the new construction will be greater than the code limitation of 2-1/2 stories.
