Southold Town Trustees Southold Town Hall 53095 Main Road, P.O.Box 1179 Southold NY 11971 Re: Inland Homes, Inc. on Sterling Road, Cutchogue Dear President Krupski~ Enclosed please find a survey which shows the proposed house and septic system, Inland Homes Inc. intends to build a new house adjacent to an area shown on the survey as "Pond". It is my understanding from the Seller's attorney that this pond is dry most of the year and it is not on the DEC inventory maps. The proposed sanitary system is located approximately 75 feet from the edge of the pond. We respectfully request a confirmation from your board that the proposed septic system is outside of your jurisdiction and the Pond is not regulated by DEC. In the event that the septic system falls within your jurisaiction, we respectfully request a waiver of jurisdiction. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Very truly yours, Patrtcia c. Moore
