The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
April 17, 2000 and last revised May 19, 2000 and determined the
construction of a single-family dwelling, garage, water service
and underground utilities to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction,
under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require a permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
call.

Jurisdiction" for this property. The property is located landward of
Reservoir Road and greater than 75' from the Mean High Water Line at the
shoreline of Silver Eel Cove. For your review and files, we have enclosed
three copies of a survey, prepared by Chandler, Palmer and King last dated
5/19/2000.
