office on Dec. 9. 1999 and determined that your proposal to
construct a single family dwelling, sanitary system, porch, patio.

to be out of the Trustee Wetland Jurisdiction under Chapter 97.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line requires a permit from this office.

Dear Sirs:
At the present time, we are seeking a "Letter of Non-Juris-
diction'' for this project. The project consists of the construction
of a single family dwelling, sanitary system, porch, patio, pool,
pool patio, tennis court, silt fencing with hay bales and drive.
The site is located adjacent to the Fishers Island Sound and an
area of NoY.S.D.E.C. regulated freshwater wetlands. Kindly note
that the enclosed plans prepared by Chandler, Palmer and King
(10/15/99) depict all construction activities shall be located
greater than 100' from the area of freshwater wetlands and greater
than 300' from the Fishers Island Sound.
This property has previously been issued a "Letter of Non-
Jurisdiction" to Firestone on June 27, 1996. Should you have any
questions regarding this project, please feel free to contact our
office at any time.
