No.#, SCTM#1000-3-3-3.4 Fishers Island Dear Mr. Just: The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated June 6, 2000 and determined the construction of a single-family dwelling, associated sanitary system, public water services, garage, patio and to regrade the area of the proposed dwelling to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code and Chapter 37 of the Town Code. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would require a permit from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency. All proposed construction shall be located + 103' fi.om the existing Tidal Wetlands Line. There shall be no construction located within 50' of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Line. A continuous line of silt fencing and staked hay bales shall be installed at a point located 75' fi.om the Tidal Wetlands Line. All proposed work shall be in accordance with the enclosed survey as prepared by Chandler, Palmer and King last dated 6/6/00.
