Between the 17~' Tee and the 16th Tee, the applicant proposed to remove existing collapsed drainage pipes and to remove any material restricting the flow throughout the existing ditch. Collapsed pipe shall be replaced with 18" PVC piping. Between the 1~t Tee and the la Green, the applicant proposed to install approx. 260 of 18 PVC.pipes.
