However, any activity within 75' of the wetland line would require permits from this office. However, this determination is not a determination from any other agency. The current owners of the property, Anna and Seymour White, authorized the Department of Environmental Conservation to mark the wetland, and the DEC marked the wetland this summer. We are sending a copy of the survey showing the wetland and the proposed location of the house. As the building permit is a contingency of purchase, we are sending a copy of the contract of sale for the property as well· Please send us the letter as soon as possible.
