Dear Mr. Fischetti,
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on February 19, 1999 and determined
that the construction of a single family dwelling with driveway,
to be out of the Trustee Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97,
of the Town Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
call.

It seems from thc site plan all construction is more than 75 feet from any freshxvater
