Dear Mr. DeRonde:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
March 20, 2000 and last revised April 7, 2000 and determined the
construction of a single-family dwelling and'garage to be out of
the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland
Code and Chapter 37 of the Town Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line or seaward
of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Line would require a permit from
this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
