Minus such a plan, (either from and by myself or with the help of the Suffolk County Soil & Water Conservation Services), the Southold Town Board of Trustees cannot process your application and put your violations to rest. In addition, you have subjected your property to the forces of wind and water erosion. For your own protection, and that of your neighbors, please submit a soil stabilization plan and an updated survey showing location of planting plan immediately. Sincerely yours, Albert J.
