SOUTHOLD TOWN
CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
The following recommendation was passed at the Southold Town Conservation
Advisory Council meeting which was held Friday, February 1~, 1997:
No, 1~17
Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Kenneth Meskill, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
WITH CONCERNS of the Wetland Application of ROBERT ADIPIETRO 34-1-8
to construct a one family dwelling.
The Council recommends approval provided the driveway be of a permeable
material (gravel i.e,) to prevent runoff.
The Council also has major concerns about the proximity of the sanitary system
to the wetlands and that it must not be allowed to leach into the freshwater
wetlands.
