Dear Mr. & Mrs. Betsch:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, August 23,
2000:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for a Waiver to EDWARD & BARBARA BETSCH to replace a se{
of stairs that was removed by the owner. The bulkhead blocks
the access to the beach, which is guaranteed by right-of-way.
This approval does not constitute approvals from any other
agency.

CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday, August 15,
2000, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Bob Ghosio, seconded by Scott Hilary, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Waiver
Request of EDWARD & BARBARA BETSCH 31-18-20.1 to replace a set of stairs that was
removed by the owner. The bulkhead blocks the access to the beach, which is guaranteed by a
right-of-way.
