Town Board of Trustees on June 23, 1999:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for a Waiver to construct a 4' X 12.5' entrance-way on
the front of the house. Located: 860 Rabbit Lane, East Marion.

At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, June 21,
1999, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Kenneth Meskill, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the
Waiver Request Application of HOWARD & VALERIE MICHELSEN 31-18-18 to construct
a 4'X 12.5' entrance-way on the front of the house.
