This applicatio{"MUST be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector with 3 sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule. b.Plct plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises,relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or areas, and waterways. c.The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d.Upon approval of this application,the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such a permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work. e.No building shall by occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose what so ever until the Building Inspector issues a Certificate of Occupancy. f.Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within 12 months after the date of issuance or has not been completp4 within 18 months from such date. If no zoning amendments or other regulations affecting the property have been enacted in the inter,the Building Inspector may authorize, in writing,the extension of the permit for an addition six months. Thereafter, a new permit shall be required. Subsequent to your application,the Water Authority has determined that the parcel is located within an area of public water service and that water is currently available for the subject parcel if you are still interested. This letter of availability is not to be considered an action by the Suffolk County Water Authority as defined by the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act regulations or a determination that the; parcel is approved for building- You are responsible for obtaining any other permits or approvals that may be required for the proposed project. The Suffolk County Water Authority shall not be required to provide water for the project until all required approvals have been obtained. This letter should not be deemed a guarantee of water availability at the time your client wishes to hook-up and is subject to recission.
