Ho~vever, any activity, within 100' of the Wetland Line would require a permit from this office. Attached is a copy of the survey submitted plotting the actual house and a copy of the 75' N/J letter dated 9/14/00. It appears the proposed house will be over 100' from xvetlands. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would require a permit from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency. I believe that the proposed residence is outside of the Trustees' Jurisdiction. The road improvements are permitted under the Gallanos permit and provide this property with common access.
