Property: vacant lot,
Hobart Road, Southold, NY
Dear President Krupski
and Board:
Enclosed please find a survey and DEC non-
jurisdiction letter from the DEC. I believe that the
proposed residence is outside of the Trustees'
Jurisdiction. The road improvements are permitted under
the Gallanos permit and provide this property with
common access.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated
cooperation.
Very truly yours,
Patricia C. Moore
