Dear Mr. Fitzgerald:
The Board of Town Trustees took the following action during its regijlar meeting held on
Wednesday, October 24.2001 regarding the above matter:
WHEREAS, Proper-T Permit Services on behalf of JEANNINE FA~JVELL applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetlland Ordinance of the Town
of South old, application dated October 3. 2001, and.
WHEREAS. said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council
for their findings and recommendations, and,
WHEREAS. a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on
October 24,2001. at which time all interested persons were given an'opportunity to be heard,
and.
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are far\l1iliar with the premises in
question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted
concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold
Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health,
safety and general welfare of the people of the town,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of JEANNINE FAUVELL to
construct a single-family dwelling and associated structures and facilities, with public water and
on-site sewage disposal system. with the condition ofa 30' non-disturbance buffer rrom the
wetlands and drywells to contain the roof run-off.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this detennination should not be considered a detennination
made for any other Department or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the
same or similar project.
Pennit to construct and complete project will expire two years rrom the date it is signed. Fees __
must be paid, if applicable, and pennit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said pmject.
