Dear Ray: As you know, the above referenced drainage project w�s completed several years ago by Town Highway Personnel. During the constructioO, two individual concrete headwalls were installed on either side of an existing access Load between Hobart Road and the kjacent residential property to the west. The Culvert installed between these two concrete heladwalls consisted of ADS Traffic Bearing Drainage Pipe. This pipe is capable of supp rting all normal residential traffic as well as all delivery and construction traffic that would be considered consistent with the area.
