The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated February 2, 2001 and last
revised April 27,2001, and determined the construction o f a si ngl~e~family d~velling and garage,
to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Towh Wetland Code.
However, an5' activity xvithin 100' of the Wetland line would req:. ire permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from troy other agency.

Dear Mr. Krupski:
Supplementing our previous requests for Letter of N( ,n-Jurisdiction,
enclosed are revised survey maps for both lots, as requested, to show the tidal
wetland information. The lots are located near Beixedon, along a private road,
south side of Main Road in Southold.
A Letter of Non-Jurisdiction is requested for each of 1 he following two
projects as shown:
1000-66-2-2.4 (Lot 4) owned by Sylvia DeLuca
1000-66-2-2.2 (Lot 3)owned by N. Charles DeLuca.

Request for No Permit Necessary Determin tion (NP) - DeLuca
Dear Mr. Krupski:
I am assisting the owner, N. Charles DeLuce, ih obtaining approvals to
construct a proposed dwelling on a vacant lot identified ~s 1000-66-2-2.3. situated
along the southerly side of Main Road (S.R. 25), Southold (near Beixedon), Town
of Southold, Suffolk County.
In this project, all dwelling activities would be I~ndward of the 10 ft. el.
above mean sea level or bluff line and more than 200 feet from the wetlands and
shoreline of Hippodrome Creek.
A Letter of Non-Jurisdiction is requested, and for your consideration are the
following documents and information:
a) Two (2) prints of a recent survey prepared I~y John C. Ehlers, Land
Surveyor showing the bluff and elevations, land proposed dwelling,
driveway, cesspool system, all landward of the bluff.
b) recent photos of the shoreline, the bluff area~nd the open field area
where the dwelling and cesspool are proposed at the northerly end of
the property.
c) two (2) site location maps.
d) signed authorization from the owner.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Proposed dwelling, cesspool, septic tank,
driveway, all at a minimum of 100 feet from the bluff and landward of the
10 ft. MSL elevation.

cut, south on a dirt right-of-way on the west side of property. County Tax
