The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated March 19, 2002 and
determined that the renovation of part of the ground floor of the existing structure and a second
floor addition above - existing decks shall remain and a new stair wil connect them - to be out
e£the Wetland Jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Toxvn Wetland Code and Chapter 37 of the
Town Code, Coastal Erosion.
Hoxvever any activity within 100' of the Wetland line and/or seawardlo£the Coastal Erosion
Hazard Line, would require action from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
