No debris is permitted in tidal wetlands and or protected buffer areas, 5_ All fill must be graded to match the elevation of the land immediately adjacent to the bulkhead 6 All repairs to eXisting structures shall be confined to replacement of existing elements with no change in design, dimension, or materials, unless specifically authorized herein. 7 The staIrway must be elevated a minimum of 3 feet over grade to minimize disturbance or Joss of the natural vegetation and reduce the potential for causing or acceierating erosion of the bluff or hill. Disturbance to the natural vegetation or topography seaward of the crest (top) of the bluff or hili must be restricted to an 8 foot wide area.
