Dear Mr. Strang:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the site plan dated
October 13, 2000 and determined the renovation to the existing
medical office and proposed parking area to be out of the
Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line would
require a permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
