RiChmond~ On motion of Councilman Homan, seconded by Justice~Suter, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board minutes of Ma~ch 12, 1974 be approved as submitted. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest, Justice Doyen. On motion of Justice'Suter, seconded by Councilman Homan, it was RESOLVED that the next meeting of the Southold Town Board will be held at 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 9, 1974 at the office of Supervisor Albert M. Martocchia, 16 South Street, Greenport, New York. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest, Justice Doyen. On motion cf Councilman Rich, seconded by Justice Doyen, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board accept and place on file the February 1974 report of the Fishers Island Ferry District. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest, Justice Doyen. Moved by Councilman Rich, seconded by Justice Demarest, it was RESOLVED that a letter from Gary F. Olsen be accepted and placed on file withdrawing the application of Edward Gilles, Sound Avenue, Mattituck, for a change of zone from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B-i" General Business District. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest, Justice Doyen. ~n motion of Justice Demarest, seconded by Councilman Rich, it was RESOLVED that Supe~gisor Albert M. Martocchia be and he hereby is authorized to sign contracts for the Nutrition Project with the County of Suffo!k~ Eastern Suffolk Nursing Home, and Mary Tuthill, Site Director. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest, Justice Doyen. Moved by Justice Demarest, seconded by Councilman Rich, it was RESOLVED that Supervisor Albert M. Martocchia be and he hereby is authorized to write a letter to Mr. Robert Cook of the Department of Environmental Conservation in an endeavor to pursue all possible channels to preserve Hummels Pond, SouthoTd, New York. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homart, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest, Justice Doyen. At this time Justice Doyen was required to leaye the meeting for an air flight back to Fishers Island. Moved by Justice Demarest, seconded by Councilman Homan, it was RESOLVED that a public hearing will be held by the Southold Town Board at the Supervisor's Office, 16 South Street, Greenport, New York, at 3:30 P.M. on the 23rd day of April, 1974, in the matter of the application of Evert S. Bergen, for a permit under the provisions of the Wetlands Ordinance of the Town of Southold for the purpose of constructing a wood walkway to the waters edge (Eugene Creek) across the meadow at 1630 Beebe Drive, Cutchogue, New York. Vote of the 'Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest. On motion of Justice Demarest, seconded by Justice Suter, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board release the bond of Martin Wegleicki, Laurel, New York in the amount of $48,000.00 as recommended by the Southold Town Planning Board and Superintedde~t of Highways for the completion of roads in the subdivision known as Laurelwood Estates, Laurel~ New York. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest. On motion of Justice Suter, seconded by Councilman Rich, it was RESOLVED that Lawrence Re be appointed to the Southold Town Narcotic Guidance Council to replace Steven Teche~. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest. On motion of Justice Suter, seconded by Councilman Homan, it was RESOLVED that Michael Cortese be appointed to the Southold Town Narcotic Guidance Council to replace Roger Burns. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, JuStice Demarest. On motion of Councilman Homan, seconded by Councilman Ricl RESOLVED that Supervisor Albert M. Martocchia be and he hE authorized to slgnaa one year contract with Frederick P. On motion of Justice Demarest, seconded by Councilman Ricl RESOLVED that Supervisor Albert M. Moved by Councilman Homan, seconded by Councilman Rich, WHEREAS Oscar Goldin applied to the Town Board for a single trailer renewal permit dated March 13, 1974, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application of Oscar Goldin to locate a single trailer on his property at Lot 69, Greenport iO0 Driving Park, south side Linnet Street, Greenport, New York, be and hereby is granted for a period of s~x (6) months. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest. On motion of Justice Suter, seconded by Justice Demarest, it was RESOLVED that this Town Board meeting be adjourned at 4:00 P.M.
