Adoption of Meeting Minutes: · Adoption of minutes from October 26, 2004 MOTION made by Ray Blum, seconded by Ray Huntington, to accept minutes of the October 26, 2004 meeting. Motion carried 5/0. The Members entered into EXECUTIVE SESSION. Applications: · PIPIA PROPERTY (TPDR): [executive session] SCTM #: 96-4-4.3 Location: 18910 CR 48, Cutchogue Total Acreage: +15.0 acres PDR Acreage: +13.0 acres Zoned: AC CPF: Yes Follow-up re: LPC's offer. LPC reviewed appraisal submitted by landowner and compared to appraisal completed for LPC. MOTION made by Ray Huntington, seconded by John Sepenoski, to direct Melissa Spiro to make a second offer to Pipia for the purchase of a development rights easement on the former Bidwell Winery property. Motion carried 4/1. (Ray Blum opposed) GRIGONIS PROPERTY (TPDR): [executive session] SCTM #: 55-2-6.50 Location: Old North Rd, Southold Total Acreage: +11.2 acres PDR Acreage: +8.84 Zoned: A-C CPF: Yes Reviewed appraisal for subject parcel and for SCTM #1000-55-1-5.1 (John Sepenoski recused himself) MOTION made by Ray Blum, seconded by Eric Keil, to direct Melissa Spiro to make an offer to the Grigonis Family for the purchase of a development rights easement on the subject property and also to discuss how this offer would compare to potential offer for development rights on the family's other land known as SCTM #1000-55-1-5.1. Appraisal not received by meeting time. END OF EXECUTIVE SESSION Inquiries: · LAUGHING WATERS PROPERTY: SCTM # Location: Total Acreage: Zoned: CPF: 1000-87-1-25 (property next to Drum/Saland) 2190 Nokomis Rd, Southold +1.7 acres R-40 Yes Discussed informal inquiry made by member of the homeowners' association. Ray Huntington did a field inspection of the lot, which appears to be buildable, and spoke to the president of the association seeking additional information. The LPC members may be interested in a bargain sale if the homeowners' association members should decide to sell the property. General: · Reviewed Melissa's status report and discussed status of all projects under contract. [executive session] Next Regular Meeting: The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2004, in Conference Room, at 7:00 p.m. Bill Edwards will not be attending said meeting.
