WE; the undersigned, being members of the Town Board of the Town of
Suffolk County, New York, do hereby severally waive notice
of place, and purpose of the meeting of the Town Board. to
be'held at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, New York, on Thursday,
July 21, 1960, and do hereby consent that the same be held on said
date for 'the transaction of any business which may properly come
beforesaid meeting.

SPECIAL MEETING OF JULY 21, 1960
A special meeting of the Southold Town Board was held at Justice
Tuthill's, Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, on Thursday, July 21,
1960, the members of the Board having waived notice of the time,
place, and purpose of the meeting. The meeting was Called to order by
Councilman Albertson at 7:30 P.M. with .the following present: Council-
men Albertson and Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark; Supt. of High-
ways Price; Town Attorney Tasker and Town Clerk Richmond.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: That inasmuch as the required dedication has been duly
received, Map of same duly filed, and the necessary papers signed,
the Town Board take over and maintain as public highway,..SCHOOL
HOUSE ROAD-EXTENSION, situated in Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, New York.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-CoDncilmen Albertson and Demarest; Justices
Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest:
RESOLVED: That inasmuch as the required dedication and release have
been duly received, map of-same duly filed, and the necessary papers
signed, the Town Board take over and maintain as public highways
BEEBE DRIVE, EMORY ROAD, WILSON.ROAD and WILSON LANDING, situated
at Little Neck, Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Councilmen Albertson and Demarest; Justices
Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Clark:
EESOLVED: That inasmuch as the required dedication and release have
beer duly received, map of same duly filed and the necessary papers
signed, the Town Board take over and maintain as public highways-
BEEBE DRIVE, DEER FOOT PATH, MOOSE TRAIL, ANTLER LAN~ and FAWN LANE,
situated at Little Neck, Cutchogue, Town of Southold, New York.

Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by councilman Albertson:
WHEREAS, The Southold Park District is the owner of land at Southold
containing a beach on Long Island Sound, and
WHEREAS, said Park District Commissioners have offered to lease to
the Town of Southold a portion of said beach consisting of 50 feet
on Long Island Sound for a term of five (5) years at an annual rental
of $1.00 said leased premises to be used by the Town of Southold for
public beach and parking cars and subject to terms and conditions
contained in said lease to the Town of Southold, dated June 12, 1960,
and described as follows;
ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New ~york,
bounded Northerly by Long Island Sound a distance of 50 feet; East-
erly by the westerly line of Lighthouse Road; Southerly by t~e..i~°r~h
erly line of the 50 foot driveway of the premises of Southold.Park
District; said southerly boundary being for a distance of 50 feet;
and Westerly by other land of Southold Park District, together .
with the right to the use of the beach, waters and lands under, water
of Long Island Sound in front of and abutting said premises.
Be it FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Supervisor of the Town of Southold
be and he hereby is authorized to execute said lease on behalf of
the Town of Southold.
