Road at the northeast corner of the herein described premises
where the same is intersected by the northwesterly side of land
now of Roy C. Schoenhaar, said point or place of beginning being
also distant 351: feet, more or less , northeasterly as measured
along the southeasterly side of Main (State) Road from the corner
formed by the intersection of .the "easterly side of Marlene Lane
with the southeasterly side of Main . (State) Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the
southereasterly side of Main :(State) Road; South° 49 degrees 36
minutes 00 seconds West 20.93 feet .to a point , in the lands now or
formerly of the Estate of Frank Pumillo; RUNNING THENCE South 23
degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds East 261. 31 :feet .to a point in the
lands now or, formerly of. the Estate of Frank Pumillo; THENCE along
said last mentioned lands North 71 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds
East 20.06 feet to a monument in the southwesterly corner of lands

of Frank Pumillo as hereinabove described; RUNNING THENCE south 23
degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds 'East along the land hereinabove

said lands of Joseph Pumillo, North 64 degrees 21 minutes 30
seconds East 20.02 feet to lands now of Roy C. Schoenhaar; THENCE
along said lands of Roy C. Schoenhaar, North 23 degrees 14 minutes
30 seconds West 151.71 feet to the southeasterly side of Main
(State) Road, at the point of place of beginning.
The foregoing described Right of Way shall remain unobstructed in
that no fences , signs, or structures of any nature whatsoever
shall be built or erected thereon, and this covenant shall bind
the heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns of
the parties of the first part.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the
party of the first party by deed dated August 9, 1979 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August .31, 1971 , in Liber
