I have met regularly with the Board of Appeals during the year,
having received 88 appeals, 12 of which were fo~ access or from
tax exempt groups at no fee. Their advice and cooperation were very
much appreciated by this office.
I N&ve also met regularly with the Planning Board during the year
where 2 applications for subdivisions were ~andled along with the
n~t~rs referred to t~em by the Town Board.
There are several violations of the Zoning ordinance outstanding
and awaitimg court action.
I recommend that serious thought be given to an assistant Inspector
for amother year, particularly in the spring amd s~er months when
the rush period is at its heighth.
I further recommend a study be made of a building code of some type
