Klipp at Greenport, on M?nd~y, November lC, 1958, and the m?eting was called to~ order at 7.00 P.M. with the following present. · Supervisor Klipp;.~ouncilmen Albertson and Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark, Town Attorney Tasker and Town Clerk Booth. Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Albertson: RESOLVED: That the Town Boerd on its own mOtion amend the Southol~ Town Building Zone Ordinance including the Building Zone Maps by changing from "A" Residential and Agri?. Dist. to "B" Business Dist. the following described property. ~LL that certain piece of parcel of land situate at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Sound .Avenue at the northwesterly corner of land of Sepko and the northeasterly corner of Papis.h, said point of beginning being about 180 feet ~este~ly along said southerly line of Sound Avenue from the point where said southerly line would be intersected by the direct ex- tension southerly of the westerly line of Cox Neck Road; from said point of beginning running southerly ~long said land of Sepko 1000 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of the Long Island Lighting Co. easement;.thence westerly along said northerly line, 2~2 feet~ more or less, thence northerly ~long land of Sacks, 1092 feet, more or less, to said southerly line of Sound Avenue; thence easterly along said southerly line of SoUnd Avenue~ 300 fe~t, to the point of beginning. Moved by Justice T~thill; seconded by Councilman AlSertson: WHEREAS, by the preceding resolution the Town Board proposed to amend the Southold'Town Building Zone Ordinance on its own metion~ and WHEREAS, this Beard new deems it advisable that the question 'or-'re'zoning said property should be initiated by the application of the owners of said property rather than by this Board on its own motion, ~0E, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: that the preceding resolution be and it hereby is in all respects recinded.
