of the time', place and-purpose of the meeting of theTownBoard~ to be
held at Gre~nport. in the Town of Southold, New York, on Wednesday~
September 24, 1958, and do hereby consent that the same be held on
said date for the transaction of any business which may properly come
before the said meeting.

The ~cuthold ToWn Board met at the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp
at G~eenport,.on W~dnesday, September 2~, 19%8. The meeting was 'called
to order at 1.~0 P;M. with the.following present: SupervisorKlipp;
Counilman Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark; Supt. ef Highways Price
Town Attorney Tasker.and Town Clerk Booth.
Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting of September 9 and September
23 be and the same hereby are duly approved as read.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilman Demarest; Justices
TuthiI1 and Clark.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest:
RESOLVED: That Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be and he here~y is author-
ized to advertise for bids for the purchase of automobile tires for use
on the police cars and for bids to furnish and deliver to the Town of
Southold approximately 32,500 gallons of special grade gasoline for use
of the Town Police and Town Highway Department.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes- Supervisor Klipp; Councilman Demarest; Justices
Tuthill and Clark.

RESOLVED: That Supervisor Norman. E. Klipp be and he hereby is authorized
~o purchase and install one new blinker light at the intersection of
Depo~ Lane and County Road 27A at Cutchog~e~ Town of Sou~hold, N.Y.

RESOLVED: That Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be and he hereby is authorized
to petition-the State Department of Public Works to place a NO PARKING
OR STANDING sign in the area of the South Side of State Highway Route 25
from the GreenDort Corporation line to the East side of 7th Street~ Green-
port, Town of~ outhold, N.Y.

report and recommendation upon the petition of Charles O. Ziegler for a

Multiple Resident District on certain real Property situate at East
Marion, N.Y.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a public hearing will be held by the
Southold Town Board at the Superviosr's Office in Greenport,' on Tuesday,

MEETING OF OCTOBER 17 1998.
The Southold Town Board met at the office of Superviwor Norman E.
Klipp at Greenport, on Wednesday, October 1, 19%8. The meeting was
called to order at ?:OO o'Clock P.M. with the following present:
Supervisor Klipp; Councilmen Albertson and Demarest; Justices Tuthill
and Clark; Supt. of Highways Price and Town Clerk Booth.
Moved by JUstice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That the regular monthly audit meeting of this Board will
be held at the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp at Greenport~
on Tuesday, October 1~, 195~, atil:30 P.M.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilmen Albertson and
Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Cl~rk.

WHEREAS, JEAN A. MUNSON has applied to the Town Board for a single
automobile trailer permit,
Now, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: 'That the application of JEAN A. MUNSON
to locate a-single automobile trailer on her property on Westphalia
Avenue Mattituck, N.Y. be and hereby is granted.
Vote of Town.Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilmen Albertson and
Demrarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
The Town Clerk presented to the Town Board pursuant to Section 111 of
the Town Law, detailed estimates of revenue end expenditures from the
various Town Officers, departments and districts for the fiscal year
beginning January 1, 1959.

RESOLUTION OF TOWN BOARD APPROVING
PRELIMINARY BUDGET ~ND
CALLING PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
RESOLVED: That this Town Board does hereby prepare and approve as the
preliminary budget of this Town for the fiscal year beginning on the
1st d~y~of January, 1959, the itemized statement of estimated revenues
and expendituges h~reto ~ttached and made a part of this resolution,
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED: That such preliminary budget shall be filed in the
office of the T own Clerk where it shall be available for inspection
by?ny interested person at all reasonable hours, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED:-That this Board shall meet at 2~'clock p.m.~ o~
the 6~h~d~y of November, 1958, for the purpose of holding a public
hearing upon such preliminary badger, ~nd be it
FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk give notice of such public
hearing in the manner provided in Section ll3 of the Town Law, snd that
