Accept the letter of resignation of Ethel Grigonis from her position as part-time Clerk Typist. 781. Designate the Captain Elsworth Tuthill's property (Judge Tuthill's property), 5170 Wickham Avenue, Mattituck, as a Southold Town Landmark. 782. Designate the Freeman's Farmhouse (Overton House), 150 Baywater Avenue, Southold, as a Southold Town Landmark. 783. Provisionally appoint Zachary Tomaszewski as a full-time Technical Coordinator II in the Data Processing Department. 784. Authorize modification to the Whole Town General Fund 2004 budget for vacation and sick earnings in the Building Department. 788. Authorize modification to the Highway Fund 2004 budget for miscellaneous supplies, snow removal. 789. Grant permission to Senior Planner Anthony Trezza to attend the workshop "New Technologies for Planning and Public Participation" November 3, 2004 in Coram. 790. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to re-advertise the bid for supplying the Human Resource Center with milk. 791. Grant permission to Damon Rallis, Patricia Conklin, Bob Fisher and Michael Verity to attend a training seminar on November 17, 2004 in Lindenhurst. 792. Authorize the disposition of Pitney Bowes Copier Model 9326, Serial #4093736 as it is irreparable. 793. Grant permission to elected and appointed officials to attend the Annual Meeting of the Association of Towns February 20-23, 2005 in New York City. 794. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to transmit the proposed Local Law "A Local Law in relation to the Preservation of Historic Landmarks" to the Southold Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County Department of Planning for their recommendations and reports. 795. Authorize modification to the Solid Waste District 2004 budget for various supplies and services. 796. Set 5:05 p.m., Tuesday, November 16, 2004, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing to hear citizens' views on local housing and community development needs to be met with Community Development Block Grant Funds. 797. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to transmit the new Zoning Map, dated November 4, 2004, to the Southold Town Planning Board for recommendations and official report. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2004 budget for expenses relating to the Town Board Affordable Housing Summit. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2004 budget to appropriate funding for the Cutchogue Chamber Grant for streetlights. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute a Wire Transfer Agreement and Request for Test Key with the Suffolk County National Bank. Appoint Daniel Welch to the position of temporary Scale Operator. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for resumes for the Shellfish Advisory Committee. Accept the bid of Thames Shipyard, on behalf of Fishers Island Ferry District, for the drydocking of the vessel the Munnatawet. Set 8:05 p.m., November 30, 2004, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing on "A Local Law Amending Volunteer Firefighter and Ambulance Worker Real Property Tax Exemption". Appoint Mary C. Wilson, Esq. as hearing officer in the disciplinary charges brought against a Town employee and suspend said employee without pay for not more than thirty days pending the determination of the charges.
