Agenda - November 10 ,2025
Potential new member(Rich Vandenburgh)will join meeting.
Meeting Confusion. Recently several meetings have been scheduled both in person and on Zoom. At
times, there is short notice given making it difficult to arrange a location and time. In addition, there are
people invited that do not need to attend and versa. As we are starting to grow in numbers, let's try and
organize the meetings better.
Town Board Meeting Follow-up(Jack and Jennifer August 19,2025)
Key actions for the Committee to undertake
Attended a meeting with the Transportation Commission on September 15, 2025, at 4:30 PM, SPD
Captain Latham also attended. After some discussion,The Commission made a resolution to approve
the road closure for Winterfest. Some additional requests were discussed, such as, no parking on the
east side of Youngs Ave. Last year some vendors parked there all day and made it difficult for trucks and
busses to turn, which we would like to avoid for this upcoming festival. Also, some areas on Travelers
St. are not wide enough to accommodate parking on both sides, that will be corrected by SPD.
