IVNN, LLC- 585 Orchard Street — to Amend Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170 -
7(b) of the Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property for - additions and alterations to
an existing single family dwelling, replace foundation and restore an existing garage and erect a
fence; located at 585 Orchard Street, Orient, NY. SCTM# 1000- 25 -2 -14.
ASIP HOUSE — Richard B. Sachs — 8255 Bridge Lase —for a Certificate of Appropriateness
under Section 170 -7(b) of the Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property to construct
alterations and additions to an existing single family dwelling, including the new fencing; located at
