RESOLUTION:
RESOLVED, The Historic Preservation Commission hereby adopts this rule, pursuant to
Chapter 170(4)(E)(2), to declare proposals, that are de minumus, not rising to the level of
public hearing, may be issued a Certificate of Appropriateness.

Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property to install a generator on premises
having a single family dwelling, located at 290 Skippers Lane, Orient, NY. SCTM No. 1000-

I.V.N.N. LLC c/o Snowdon -Jones - for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170 -
7(b) of the Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property to construct additions
and alterations to a single family dwelling, located at 585 Orchard, Orient, NY. SCTM No.
1000 -25 -2 -14.1.
Geoffrey Schwartz, Brooke Ellis — for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170 -
7(b) of the Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property to replace a roof in
