Our company represents 615 Pike Street, LLC, owner of the property situated at 615 Pike Street,
Mattituck.
We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of
Appeals to request a Special Exception for the following relief:
- To construct a one story commercial building with four(4) retail/takeout units and basement
storage
A public zoom hearing will be held on Thursday, November 61h, 2025 at 1:30 P.M. Details on how to
tune in and make comments during the meeting can be found on the Southold Town website in the
agenda center.
Please see the attached letter we received from the Zoning Board of Appeals providing further

held by the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main
Road, Southold, New York 11971-0959.
The public may ALSO have access to view, listen and make comment during the PUBLIC
HEARING as it is happening via ZOOM WEBINAR. There will be a link to the Zoom Webinar
