On Thursday November 6th at 10:20am, I will be meeting in person with the Southold Town Zoning Board
of Appeals. This public hearing will be held in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 53095 Main.Road,
Southold NY.11971.The meeting can also be joined via video conferencing.per the enclosed legal notice.
The work planned at my home located at 3121 Oaklawn Avenue is described in the enclosed legal notice.
It is also captured on the enclosed survey and site plan.
The Board of Appeals will hear,all persons or their representatives, desiring to be heard at the meeting.
You are also able to,submit a written statement per the attached legal notice prior to the conclusion of
the above noted public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code Chapter
280 (Zoning),Town of Southold, the following "IN PERSON" public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 63096 Main Road,
Southold, New York 11971-0969, on THURSDAY. NOVEMBER 6. 2026:

Article III, Section 280-16; Article XXIII, Section 280-124 and the Building Inspector's February
24, 2026, AMENDED March 4, 2026, March 13, 2026 and September 24, 2026 Notice of
Disapproval based on an application for a permit to legalize an "as built" demolition (as per
Town Code definition) and reconstruct a single family dwelling complying with FEMA
