-We-are writing-to_infoun you.that-,we-are=in`the_process_of applying to the-Zoning-.Board;of-Appeals-(ZBA)_of-
the Town of Southold for approval to install a swimming pool in the side yard of our property located at 155
Manor Road, East Marion, NY.
As part of the application.process, we are required to notify neighbors of our intent, particularly where the
proposed project involves a variance from current zoning regulations. In our case, the location of the pool in
the side yard, rather than the rear yard, necessitates this request.
We want to assure you that we are taking every precaution to complete this project responsibly and with
minimal disruption to our neighbors. The design and placement of the pool have been carefully considered
to maintain the character and privacy of our property and the surrounding area.
