The following certification statements are to the best of my knowledge and based on observations of visible conditions. The wood framing met or exceeded the requirements of the Residential Building Code of New York State. All Basement partitions are non-loadbearing partitions with MCA treated bottom sole plates in contact with the existing concrete slab floor.
