I just received the attached revised COI from National.I understand the Town is asking for$2M coverage.National explained to me that they do not have a certificate for$2M, instead they issue the extended coverage with the umbrella coverage that is indicated on this COI. They also revised the wording under the Description of Operations specifically for the car show. I hope this satisfies the Town but please let me know if there is any other information you may need.
