installation of insulation and rough plumbing. I inspected the construction area and

Amanda,
Attached are revised floor plans for the residence on Douglas Rd. The
contractor, George Simms, said that the owner had decided to remove the
two interior partitions in the area to the left of the living room labelled as
"Artist's Studio" to avoid the increase in habitable rooms and I have revised
the plans accordingly.

.part of the 1978 application (just not detailed in the plot diagram on the application) so are not part of this as built.

2.The two bedrooms and the bathroom between appear to be original since 1980. They are pictured more accurately
1973's Permit Application's Plot Diagram and are original.
3.•0n the 1980's sketch the kitchen was only 9'X10'and the living room was an "L" shape so the kitchen is a reno.That
seems correct to me.
4.There was a breezeway and garage on the 1980's application which are now the sitting room and artists studio.On
the 1973 Application the breezewat is already labeled as a "Sitting Room"
5.The garage was shown as a 26 x 31 building so the storage area and the attached storage shed will be "as-built"
? The garage is shown as 16'3"x32T' on the 2010 Survey-which means it included the rear storage ares was already
there (the survey was made during Carter's purchase)The 1967 application to build the garage&breezeway"shows
them as 27x19-but clearly the breezewat/sitting room was never 19'deep. The garage was only turned into a studio
during the "Superstorm Sandy Emergency Repairs" around 2012-2013. 1 believe only the attached storage shed should
be part of the as built,along with the change from garage to studio &storge area.
Anything you want to add? Any ideas on the structure? I attached the permit application sketch from 1980 and the
existing plan.
