The board ha~'i~ec~iv~'d].varzous proposals for the telephone communication at the t0wn'~a,I~;'~ Southold from New York Telephone, Executone and Progresszve. These proposals are being studied. On motion of Justice Demarest, seconded by Justice Suter, it was RESOLVED that request for partial funding from the Greenport School and Southold C.Y.O. be and hereby are denied. The board is studying the structure of the Conservation Advisory Council abd perhaps by the next meeting it will be complete and some action Will be taken. 5. Suffolk County Legislator John T. Donohue has solicited the support of the town board for the activities of the Task Force for Solar Systems and Energy Conservation ahaired by Mr. Donohue. 6. Town Board members and their wives have been invited to a ten year anniversary of the Southold Senior Citizens to be held on October 20, 1976 from 12 noon to 4 P.M. at the Matkituck Manor. OCT 1 't976 -- 7. ~eq~est made by Mary Ann Faeuel, director of the.gymnastic programl Southold, to use the name Southold Town Gymnastics. .Since the use of "Southold Town" would denote backing of the town., only the use~of "Southold" can be permitted. 8..
