I am reviewing your application for the proposed closet addition to the home in Mattituck. There was a note left on
the application that you do not want it to be included with building permit#48406 which was issued for the basement
work. Please note,that permit was never paid for. Since the basement is completed construction work, it does need to
be addressed and legalized;we cannot issue another separate permit to the property without the prior one being paid
