This application must be filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Building Department with the following:
A. For new building or new use:

of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building.

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Three Hundred Forty-Five Thousand and

having a radius of 149.50 feet,-a distance along,said curve of 10.12 feet (deed) (10.17' actual) to,a
concrete monument and land.now or•formerly of George E. Raynor and Edith Louise Raynor, his wife
(now being now or formerly land of Gregory Fegos and Joana Fegos);
THENCE along said last mentioned land, the following two (2) courses and distances:
1. South 18 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East, 101.63 feet to a concrete monument; and
2. North 71 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds East, 217.80 feet to a concrete,monument and land now ors

THENCE South 18 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East along said last mentioned land, 214.36 feet to
the center line of a certain 20 foot right-of-way hereinafter described;
THENCE along the center line of.said 20 foot right-of-way, South 74 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds
West, 228.24 feet,to:land now or formerly of Peter L. Vignes and Irma Vignes, his wife; and
THENCE along said last mentioned land, North 18 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds West, 30166 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to a right-of-way over a strip of land, 10 feet in width and being the southerly 10 feet of the
premises hereinabove described.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way over a strip of land,',10 feet in width bounded northerly by the southerly
line of the premises hereinabove described.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way over a strip of land;?20 feet in width the center line"of which begins at the
southeasterly corner of the premises hereinabove described and runs North 74 degrees 53 minutes 10
seconds East, 302.70 feet to Naugles Drive:
The grantor herein being the same party as the grantee and the premises same as described in deed
recorded in Liber 6297 page 247.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TOHAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,'covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration'as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party"
shall be construed as'if it read "parties"when ever the sense of this indenture so requires.
