SCTM# 1000-34-5-7 ROUX Associates on behalf of SHM GREENPORT LLC, BREWER YACHT YARD & GPT., INC. requests a Wetland Permit to remove 127 linear feet of existing wooden bulkhead and replace in-place with new vinyl sheeting bulkhead and raised 18" above existing bulkhead height to match adjacent bulkhead; install a proposed 10 linear foot long retaining wall at northerly end of bulkhead; remove 1,830sq.ft. of floating docks and install a proposed 5'x20' gangway to a 6'x150' (900sq.ft.) floating dock; remove 16 existing timber pilings and install seven (7) new timber pilings to support proposed floating dock and gangway; and silt booms/turbidity curtains to be installed prior to construction. Located: 300 Robinson Road, Greenport. SCTM# 1000-34-5-7 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with LWRP Policies and, therefore, CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. All applicants for permits* including Town of Southold agencies, shall complete this CCAF for proposed actions that are subject to the Town of Southold Waterfront Consistency Review Law. This assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area. 2. Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form should review the exempt minor action list, policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local Waterfront Revitalization Program. Based upon local public feedback the marina has received,there is currently a deficit in available marina space to support larger watercraft and these proposed modifications would reduce the overall dockage present and provide docking spaces for additional vessel types.
