TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the parry of the first part in and to any streets and roads

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to CHRIS DELGIORNO, by Deed dated
January 28,2021 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on February 25,2021.
