TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

BEGINNING at a point in the Easterly line of South Harbor Road,this point being the Southwest corner of lands now or
formerly of McTague and located 230 feet, more or less,from the intersection of the Southerly line of Baywater Avenue
and the Easterly line of South Harbor Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 85 degrees 59 minutes East along said property of McTague 200 feet to a concrete monument;
THENCE Southerly South 6 degrees 24 minutes East, 75 feet to a point;
THENCE South 85 degrees 59 minutes West, 205.7 feet along property now or formerly of Pecha to a point in the
Easterly line of South Harbor Road;
THENCE along the Easterly side of South Harbor Road the following two courses and distances to the point or place of
beginning:
1. North 5 degrees 39 minutes West 42.98 feet; and
2. North 6 degrees 24 minutes West 32 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
