1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Construct a fixed timber dock(with water and electricity),consisting of a 4'x 76'fixed timber catwalk
(with open-grate decking),a 3'x 14'ramp,and a 6'x 20'float secured by two(2) 10"-diameter dolphin
piles,with(2) 10"-diameter dolphin tie-off piles located approximately 20 feet east of float,all as depicted
on the project plan prepared by En-Consultants,dated July 24,2025.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
1055 Wood Lane,Peconic
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
