In addition to the application, we are enclosing a revised survey prepared by Ward Brooks Land Surveyor last revised July 18, 2025, showing the location of the masonry patio 111.8 ft. from the landward limits of tidal wetlands. As part of the application submittal, we are also enclosing the following: 1. Letter from Thomas J. Ryzuk of T.J. Ryzuk Contracting acknowledging that the contractor will place erosion control barriers along the 100 ft. Trustees jurisdiction line. 2. Letter dated August 12, 2025, from Arthur J. Edwards, outlining the construction protocol for the pool construction so as to eliminate any disturbance to the wetland area. A previously proposed retaining wall has been eliminated from the work scope. 3. NYSDEC Letter of No Jurisdiction dated May 9, 2024. Lastly, an Owner's Authorization letter is enclosed.
