Martocchia be and hereby is authorized, on behalf of ~the Town Board of the Town Of Southold, to sign a.~ lease agreement with Barbara Fierer for-her rental of the Southo~d~ Town BeaCh refreshment stand an~ other facilities a~t the Southold _Town Beach adjacent ~o Long Island Sound at Arshamomaque. for the months of June, July, August,~. and September 1977 at a. sum of $500,00~ $250.00 of which is payable on the first day of July, 1917 and $250.00 payable on the first~ day of August 1977.
