Inasmuch as the repairs and replacements to the stairs, staircases, rails, and porch do not change the use or intensity on the site, the Planning Board has determined that no site plan is necessary at this time. With regard to the installation of a new pool, which will be smaller than the pool approved by the Planning Board in a Site Plan dated 12/19/89, the applicant has informed the Planning Board that he is not proceeding with the pool at this time. If the applicant wishes to proceed later on, he will need to file an amended site plan application at that time. The Planning Board has no objections to the issuance of the alteration permits for the repair and renovation to the existing structure.
